The Goodwill Foundation invests in programs and facilities that merge education, training, and humanitarian resources to help us strengthen our communities. As there continues to be a significant need in our community to provide career readiness and placement services, the Goodwill Foundation will support such efforts to meet those needs.

Today, there is a large employment gap identified with jobs that demand more skills, more training, and more technical ability. Since many unemployed and underemployed Arizonans currently lack those necessities, this hinders their potential for success. The Foundation broadens Goodwill’s reach to better serve Arizonans who want to achieve lifelong prosperity.
